Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance but longer than 12 hours in advance will be charged for 50%. Appointments that are cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Fewer insurance companies even reimburse part of the costs for Counseling and Coaching, which is really a pity, but do ask whether your insurance covers anything.
